Monolithic Desert Sanctuaries

We design private modern villas carved from local Jodhpur sandstone. These airy sanctuaries are built around the precise movement of the Rajasthan sun, utilizing ancient courtyard cooling to create quiet, tactile retreats.

Suns and Shadows

Courtyard cooling

We orient every villa to capture the prevailing winds of the Thar desert. Deep-set windows and central courtyards naturally lower temperatures, painting the textured plaster walls with shifting geometric shadows throughout the day.

Our residential architecture rejects the sealed, synthetic glass box. Instead, we compose breathing structures where private family life transitions into open sandstone courtyards, framed by clean architectural lines and native desert landscaping.

Tactile Honesty

Material restraint

We restrict our residential palette to materials that age beautifully in the dry desert climate. Hand-applied lime wash, rough-hewn Jodhpur sandstone, and dark local timber work in quiet harmony, celebrating structural honesty and crafted restraint over superficial decoration.
